About This Year’s Keynote
This year’s Convening is titled, The Nonprofit Flywheel: Finding the Leverage Points That Build Momentum
Nonprofits must solve increasingly complex problems. Lasting impact requires more than passion, programs, or hard work. In this virtual keynote, Suzanne Smith introduces a research-backed framework from her new book. The Nonprofit Flywheel offers a playbook for sustainable growth, smarter strategy, and lasting impact. Drawing on 16 years of testing with hundreds of nonprofits, she will show how six interconnected drivers work together to build organizational momentum.
Executive Service Corps members bring leadership experience, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skill to the nonprofit sector. This session will sharpen that lens for the nonprofit context. Attendees will learn to see the whole organization, distinguish symptoms from root causes, and identify the leverage points most likely to move things forward.
