After 12 years of extraordinary leadership as President & CEO of Executive Service Corps of Southern California (ESC), David Factor 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲. This decision took effect on August 1, 2025 and David will continue to support ESC as President Emeritus through March 2026.
David has done a truly remarkable job leading ESC’s growth, reach, and resilience — dramatically increasing our impact.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 Julia Fischer, MFA, PsyD 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Erin Tanenbaum 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗼-𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼-𝗖𝗘𝗢𝘀. Julia and Erin – who previously served as Vice President, Client Services and Vice President, Operations, respectively – bring a tremendous wealth of experience and expertise to their new roles. Julia and Erin’s appointments were also effective as of August 1, 2025.
We celebrate Julia and Erin’s new leadership and honor David and his legacy as ESC moves with confidence and excitement into this next chapter.
